About the Symphony
Brandywine Valley Symphony was established as the Kennett Symphony in 1940 and provides the musical landscape of a historic region renowned for the arts.
We are the only professional symphony orchestra in Chester County with Musicians from Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, Maryland, and New Jersey. We engage more than 5,000 members of our community every season in an inclusive way.
