Michael Hall, Artistic Director

Maestro Hall is in his 12th season with the Kennett Symphony and 9th with the Prince George Symphony in British Columbia, and also serves as Principal Guest Conductor of Florida’s Space Coast Symphony. Known for his dynamic performances and inventive programming, he is committed to making concerts more accessible to new audiences.

An advocate for music education, he has led ensembles including the Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra and Winnipeg Symphony Youth Orchestra. He studied with Gustav Meier at the University of Michigan and Sir Colin Davis at the Royal Academy of Music. Hall was a finalist in the Besançon Competition and won Third Prize at Cadaqués.

Blair has more than 30 years of experience in arts leadership, with roles at West Chester University and Steinway Asia Pacific. He serves on the board of the Grammy-winning Crossing Choir and holds degrees from Susquehanna, NEC, and Catholic University.
Brittany Miller

Brittany joined the Symphony in October 2024. A Temple University graduate with training from Westminster Choir College, she brings experience in stage management, performance, and arts administration.
Emily Harris
Emily HarrisDigital Content Specialist
Emily is a marketing professional with a lifelong passion for the arts. A Penn State graduate, she works with arts organizations like Jacobs Music and PYO Music Institute. She also serves on the board of Visit Bucks County.
Veronica Mascaro
Veronica MascaroPersonnel Manager & Music Librarian
Veronica is a flutist and adjunct faculty member at Oklahoma Baptist University. She performs with the Lone Star Wind Orchestra, conducts the Flutissimo! Flute Choir, and appears regularly at Salon 33 in Princeton and the TGIF Concert Series in Santa Fe.
Chip Powell

Chip has over 40 years of experience in all facets of audio production. From stage management through live recording, mixing and system design. With degrees in Audio, Electrical, and Computer Engineering, his expertise is the glue that holds our rehearsals and performances together.
Lonni Lehman
Lonni LehmanGraphic Designer
Lonni, of Lehman Design Inc., is a multi-award-winning graphic designer with over a decade shaping the Symphony’s visual identity. This year, she created the new Brandywine Valley Symphony logo, blending fresh elegance with its rich legacy.
